🍺 Duffy’s Malahide: This is a cracking pub and the first you will encounter if you are coming from the Swords direction or the train station. Welcomed by the barman as soon as you land. A very easy pub to get comfortable and settle into. The food in here is top notch, probably going to call it early here and say the best we have had on our numerous trips out this way. The Guinness pie was a belter. The all important pints were fairly solid as well. Necked plenty of Guinness in here, nothing to be whinging about. If you are on the beer, you are all good here. 🍺Gilbert & Wright Malahide: This is probably a bit of a spot for people getting dressed up and heading out. More a spot for the cocktail crew than the pint heads. Food isn’t bad. If you are a pint dodger then maybe head here and sip on some expertly crafted cocktails. Perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic evening. Full post here
🍺Gibney’s Malahide: The Ultimate Pub Experience in Malahide for us. A beloved institution with a lively atmosphere, fantastic pints, and friendly locals. Enjoy traditional music sessions on a Sunday, quiz nights, catch the game on big screens, and get stuck into the delicious pub grub. The Guinness in here was top notch, definitely in with a shout for best Guinness in Malahide. They also serve Corona on tap (Mrs. Pints was loving that) The walls are covered in cool bits and pieces and they have a cracking beer garden out the back. 🍺Fowler’s Malahide: First licensed in 1896, this family-friendly pub offers a warm and welcoming environment with great food and a wide selection of pints. From hearty meals to tasty snacks, their menu has you covered, solid bit of grub. The stew is the business. Service was lightning quick, The Guinness was solid and beer was crispy 🍻😄 Full post here

Always loved Gibneys and Wrights for a night out. Spent more time in Swords or Dublin City when I lived here but the pubs are actually really great in Malahide. Summertime, beach then pints!

dont really feel the big gibneys love in here in the article and in the comments. Good pub of course but im more a fowlers man myself. Was a good pub before covid and still now. My favourite move is to jump on the train and head for city centre. nice article lets see what you think of the big boys in town?

Good guide. Agree with most of your observations. Gibneys is a great pub as is Duffys. I havent drank in Fowlers so much. Wrights a big no go for me though. DO a Swords guide!! Interested to see the best pint/pub
