Pub 38 – Dunphys (Dun Laoghaire)

Pub #38 is Dunphy’s in Dun Laoghaire (Visited April 2022) 

Pub 38 of our epic all-country pub crawl is Dunphys in Dun Laoghaire.

You will find Dunphy’s on George’s Street Lower. It’s right beside the Bloomfield Shopping Centre which is also home to an IMC Cinema. So Dunphys is in a handy spot for a post film pint or three.

This pub was recommended to us by a couple of people. It’s a quiet spot that dishes up a nice pint of Guinness. We popped in around dinner time at the weekend and we were greeted with a very mellow relaxed atmosphere.

It’s a nice old-fashioned, traditional pub. They also do food. We didn’t sample the grub just the pints. If you are looking for an old-school pub dishing up nice pints of Guinness in Dun Laoghaire, Dunphys isn’t a bad shout.
